About Us

We’re an independent firm providing consulting services to banks and credit unions directly

Regulatory Compliance & Analytics is an independent firm providing consulting services to banks and credit unions directly as well as indirectly through larger, national accounting firms.

The banking industry is dealing with both increasing competition and explosive growth over the past decade in the number and complexity of regulations.

We bring the analytical tools and science of identifying and interpreting meaningful patterns in data and making them more accessible.  We combine compliance and analytics to help financial institutions understand, describe and ultimately enhance their regulatory performance and reduce their costs and risks.

The President and Senior Analyst for RC&A is Coppelia Padgett.

As a former FDIC Compliance Specialist, Ms. Padgett has more 25 years of experience in the financial industry working with banks, credit unions, brokers and federal regulatory agencies. She has served as subject matter expert on many diverse projects, including BSA/AML examinations, CRA projects and fair lending investigations.

Ms. Padgett recently orchestrated the build out of a Compliance Management System for a California-based financial institution.
